We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, please note that we are unable to ship to Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Processing & Delivery Times
At FunClox, we strive to ensure timely delivery. Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, NZ: 7-12 business days
• Rest of the World: 7-24 business days

Please note that these are estimates and tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping Cost
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer Free Shipping on qualifying orders that meet our minimum value thresholds. Kindly proceed to checkout to view your options.

Important: Check Your Address
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct, including any Apartment or Unit numbers. We are not responsible for lost items or return fees due to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided at checkout.

Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item arrives broken or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless it is our fault.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@funclox.com. If your return is accepted, you will bear the cost of the return shipping label. Instructions such as where to send the package will be provided by us. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@funclox.com.

Special Note for Tinplate Toys

Tinplate toys are adult collectibles and nostalgic items, handmade with possible minor imperfections or scratches due to their vintage craftsmanship. These characteristics are inherent to the product and do not qualify as defects. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the reason is solely based on personal dissatisfaction with these normal handmade traits. Please consider carefully before purchasing.

Damages and Issues

If you have received an item that is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, please contact us immediately.

We will promptly assess the issue, and if approved, we will offer you a refund or a free replacement to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Please do not attempt to manually disassemble any of the products received. We will not accept any refunds for products that have been disassembled in any manner.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We can't accept used products for exchange or credit. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

We always try our best to cancel your order; however, if your order has already been shipped, then we cannot cancel it.

If you would like to change your order, please contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes if your order hasn't already been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to change it. For more information on shipping, please read our shipping policy.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Quality is our priority. Before any item leaves our warehouse, it undergoes a thorough inspection process. Our team carefully checks each product to ensure it is in excellent condition, free from visible defects, and matches your order specifications.

This extra step helps us minimize issues and ensures that you receive exactly what you paid for. We don't just ship boxes; we deliver quality you can trust.

Full Tracking Transparency

Once your inspected item is packed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package's status in real-time every step of the way.

Please allow a short time for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive the notification.

Damages during Transit

Despite our rigorous packaging standards and pre-shipment checks, carrier mishandling can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately.
