Where Every Gear Tells a Story of the Golden Era
A passion born from restoration
My obsession with tin toys didn't start with a shiny new one. It started with a time-worn vintage robot. It was silent and still, but my father saw its potential. Together, we cleaned the gears and tensioned the spring. When we finally heard that rhythmic whirr-click-click return to life, I didn't just see a toy—I saw magic. That memory built FunClox. Because I grew up understanding the inner workings of every robot, racer, and carousel, I treat every item with immense respect. Today, I personally inspect and test every piece to ensure the mechanical magic is perfect before it reaches your hands.

Preserving a Dying Art
Fast forward to today, and the toy world has changed. The soulful mechanics of tinplate have been replaced by mass-produced plastic. What many don't realize is that tin toy making is a century-old legacy. Unlike instant manufacturing, every piece is 100% handmade. It involves an average of 150 intricate steps—from design, molding, and lithography printing to stamping, assembly, and packaging. A single batch takes nearly six months to complete. Each toy embodies a spirit of persistence and passion. FunClox is my way of fighting the fade, preserving this labor of love for the next generation.

From My Hands to Yours
We are a small, passionate studio—not a faceless warehouse. To me, every order is a personal exchange between collectors. I treat your package with the same care I’d give to a gift for a friend.
