Meet Scooter-Charly — a little mechanical collectible with plenty of character. His yellow jacket, sunglasses and striped helmet pair perfectly with the scooter's bright red bodywork, classic white stripes and printed dashboard details.
Released as part of the Schuco Classic collection, this red edition was limited to 1,500 pieces. Our remaining stock is offered in new condition, ready to become part of your collection.
How it works: Wind the spring mechanism and select a setting using the side lever. Watch Charly follow circular or oval running patterns, leaning into the turns as he goes. Classic mechanical entertainment, with no batteries required.
Final Stock — Once It's Gone, It's Gone.
This is our final batch of Scooter-Charly. Available only while our current stock lasts. Once sold out, this model will not be restocked at FunClox.
A Little Ride. A Lot of Character.
From the rider's sunglasses to the scooter's rounded bodywork, Charly captures the playful spirit of classic tin toys. The red, white and yellow color palette gives him a lively presence, even when he is standing still.
At approximately 13 cm / 5.1 inches long, he fits neatly into a display cabinet, onto a bookshelf or beside your favorite mechanical collectibles.
Enjoy him in motion, then give him a place in your collection.
Wind It Up. Let Charly Ride.
The pleasure begins with winding the mechanism. Choose a running pattern using the side lever, then watch a small mechanical performance unfold.
1 — Stop: Pause the action.
2 — Circle: Watch Charly travel in a circular pattern.
3 — Oval: Enjoy a running pattern with straights and curves.
The rider leans into the turns, bringing personality to the mechanism and making Charly especially enjoyable to watch up close.
No batteries required. Follow the operating instructions. Route diagrams are illustrative.
A Limited Edition Worth a Closer Look.
Printed instruments, a striped helmet and colorful rider details reward close inspection. Visible tinplate seams and the characterful figure give this scooter its distinctive appearance.
Its mechanism draws on the classic Schuco Charly 1005 design, connecting this later collectible with the brand's mechanical toy tradition.
With a red edition limited to 1,500 pieces and our stock offered in new condition, Charly brings together collectible appeal, vintage styling and engaging mechanical movement.
A distinctive addition for tin toy collectors, scooter enthusiasts and admirers of wind-up mechanics.
